Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Geneva Airport! My Superior Double Room was spacious and very clean, perfect for a solo traveler. The free airport shuttle was super convenient, but do remember to prebook it. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, and I loved the easy access to public transportation, just 8 minutes by train to the city center.

Could use larger towels.

Quick access to Geneva via the train station right next to the hotel is a major plus, allowing effortless travel to the city center. However, the airport shuttle's limited service was disappointing. It wasn't available during early hours, and I had to rely on a taxi, which added unexpected costs to my trip. Meal options were also quite limited, particularly at the hotel restaurant, which felt overpriced for the quality. Better communication regarding shuttle schedules would have improved my experience. Overall, a pleasant hotel, but with some room for improvement.

Couple seeking convenience

The location was superb, just a few minutes from the train station. We had our own large room with gorgeous mountain views, and the hardwood floors made it feel even more spacious.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The Standard Double Room was spacious and had air conditioning. Loved the complimentary tea/coffee maker plus a bottle of water. It had a nice desk setup and a flat-screen TV. Really appreciated the fitness center and sauna for relaxation. Staff was super helpful, even offering free cancellation when my flight changed.
